WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK 

At Shine On Mobile Detailing, we’re committed to providing high-quality, convenient, and professional mobile car care across Kelowna and surrounding areas. To ensure the best experience for both our clients and team, please take a moment to review the following  policies.

Appointments & Punctuality

We ask that vehicles be available and accessible at the scheduled time. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window for traffic or routing flexibility.

Water & Power Access

At this time, all detailing services require access to an outdoor water source and/or a standard power outlet within 30 feet of the vehicle. Please ensure this is available prior to your appointment.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions make it unsafe or ineffective to perform the service (heavy rain, snow, etc.), we’ll work with you to reschedule at no cost.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure

Please let us know in advance of any excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or unique issues so we can plan accordingly. Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash or e-transfer.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations

Right to Refuse Service

Shine On reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for mobile detailing.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you're not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
